"I can't tell you how wonderful this site has been for me and my loved ones. My family is a large and extended one and has been scattered throughout the U.S. With my first pregnancy, like with all firsts, it is such a BIG deal that family came out of the woodworks to celebrate with me here in Florida. Of course with this second one, though all would love to attend, it can be quite expensive. Imagine if I have more, haha!
What could be a better way to unite than online. It is not an occasion where we, the parents, are expecting any gifts, just to include our loved ones from all over.
I thought I was very lucky to have the family that I do here locally, but now feel even more blessed that there is such a site as this. I really miss my Mommy very, too much. It is nice for her to host this shower. I also would love nothing more than my Aunts to be here when I give birth. At least they can stay updated with the goings on of our new arrival.
